You will find the Colombaio di Cencio at Gaiole in Chianti, near the Castello di Brolio, in the noblest part of this unique and extraordinary land.

The farm is the fruit of the passion of Signor Wilhelm who after various other commercial enterprises decided to concentrate on viticulture with the aim of producing unique wines with a personal touch.

The philosophy

Marrying the old Chianti earth with new vineyards cultivated with modern systems, il Colombaio di Cencio, working always within a biological environment and with respect for the environment, afterm the first few harvests, won a growing share of the market, receiving acclaim from both the public and critics along with important national and international recognition.

With the construction of the new cellar, set up according to the most up to date technological criteria, the farm took another important step towards making its name as a producer of quality wine.
