The farm on hilly land, with the typical characteristics of climate, soil and altitude of the great Chianti Classico wines. The vines cultivated are: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the red wines; Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Malvasia for the white wines.

The Cornia estate is a real garden; at the top you will find the Cellar, a building that blends perfectly into the natural beauty of the place.

Method of cultivation...respect, selection, quality

Of the 23 hectares of vineyards, 16 have recently been planted in Cornia and Monticello using the cultivation method known as cordone speronato (the runner system), with a density of 6.950 plants per hectare. This system which envisages the passage “from quantity to quality”, with lower grape production per plant and product selection lasting practically the whole year.
